We love using fresh, seasonal food options, highlighting unique and local ingredients in fun, unexpected ways. Varying from a full sit down meal service with multiple courses, to canapes, oyster bar, and our famous bar-cuterie, tailored to your guest’s needs and presented on our gorgeous live-edge wood bar top. Desserts are on the table too! We love making classic desserts with an Erling’s twist, and are more than happy to work with dietary restrictions to make sure everyone gets a bite.
